About Hank

Meet Hank.  He is a son of our Winnie and Hank litter of October 2022.  Below is a write up from his current family and why they are rehoming him.  Please email us and we will send you their number to inquire.  They are located in Los Angeles.

—————————————
He is three years old and is 60 pounds. He has one blue eye and one eye that is half blue and half brown. He is super friendly and would love to just sit and snuggle all day if he could. He is crate trained, and we are more than willing to send his crate with him along with some of his favorite things. He is used to being around dogs (we have a 5 year old Aussie mutt as well) and definitely loves to run around and play. He is a goofy dog, we joke that we should have named him Prancer because he likes to prance around the backyard. He is very friendly with adults and older children, but gets anxious around smaller children. We have never had an issue with him around our 4 kids, who have pulled on his ears and hair and sat on him- never a reaction. But twice now we have had the reactions around other small children.
He is a homebody, loves to run around the house and the yard, and if a door gets left open by mistake, he won’t leave the yard for more than a minute before trying to get back inside. We have taken him camping before, and it was not his favorite activity, he preferred to be under the picnic table than around the campsite with us, so I would not recommend he goes to someone who plans to take him on a bunch of adventures.
That being said, we have taken him to our friends’ houses on multiple occasions to play with their dogs, and he is good in the car (he regularly makes the 3 hour trip north with us when we go to see family). He would be great in a home with another dog or potentially older kids, but I worry about him being around younger kids. He loves to be loved and will give you tons of kisses if that is your thing!
In summary: Hank is a goofy guy that loves people, running around outside and would love to be somebody’s best friend. He would be good in a home with or without another dog, and older children I think should be fine as well. He is a lover, and most nights wants to just sit and cuddle by our feet. He is crate trained, but sleeps in our room at night (he only goes in his crate when we leave the house for a few hours at a time.
Again please email us and we will put you in contact with their family.
