Where to start with Bombshell? Maybe the part where she is super chill. Super relaxed. Joe, our hired help, LOVES her. She is an easy keeper and just easy to have around. Bombshell has a beautiful head and beautiful deep red coloring when she isn’t sun bleached. She has given us some beautiful litters and now is the time that she gets to begin her search for her retirement home. She is young and has many years ahead of her.
A fact about Bombshell is if you let her eat all she wants she will get completely overweight. One cup a day is all she requires to maintain a healthy weight. She will sunbleach in the winter because she is outside so much, so even though her coat may be a little lighter than the pictures, she has a deep rich coat when she is kept inside. She knows a doggy door well. Leash trained. Rides in a car well and depending on her weight at the time, can jump in to go. Yes we’ve learned our lesson overfeeding. She does well with adults and children.. She has never one time soiled her area when inside the building and as well as she knows a doggy door, it won’t take much to potty train her. All of the adults we have rehomed pick it up quickly. She will not do good in a home if you have a younger playful dog, she us just THAT chill. She doesn’t prefer to run around and play, play, play. A walk, sitting by you on the couch, heading out to sight see….is all it will take to make her happy…Oh yea and maybe a good treat!
She rarely barks unless it’s totally out of the ordinary but she isn’t one to sit and yap and she has never shown any aggression to anyone. She really is easy going. She just would rather not be a mother anymore and when we feel like that’s their attitude, we gladly retire them. She has been spayed. UTD on vaccinations/worming
